As an organization committed to driving change in our community, it’s time we made a few changes of our own. With a motivated leadership team and a shift in strategic focus, United Way of Massachusetts Bay is reimagining our approach to creating lasting change and working with and for our communities to build equitable economic prosperity throughout the region.
After 85 years of pioneering progress, we know that change doesn’t happen overnight but we are determined to keep moving forward. We are shifting our strategic focus to build economic prosperity and enable everyone–across races and ethnicities–to share in the knowledge, wealth and resources available. With this in mind, we can focus our efforts on fueling new ideas, developing programs and taking innovative approaches to solve some of the region’s most entrenched and systemic inequities.
